  • Service and onboard customers : B2B, B2C

  • Complete client service: Initiate conversations, carry out client service and complete handholding of the client from start to end of the service

  • Interacting and communicating with partners and stakeholders in a professional manner

  • Giving your absolute best in understanding, thinking, ideating, creating and working towards any task assigned to you

  • Work with marketing, product team and give customer, product feedback to ensure best customer experience

  • Communicating with colleagues and ensuring cohesive innovation.

Min. Qualification:
Bachelors in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or similar degree
